Working hours are 9am–6pm and 11am–8pm, with a 5-day work week including weekends/public holidays. Additional duties may be assigned by supervisors to support the team.

• Assist in the collection of payment for discharging patients
• Conduct financial counselling for inpatient stay/charges
• Perform discharging procedures for patients
• Obtain follow up appointment for Inpatient patients
• Help in additional responsibilities as assignedbysupervisors
