Your role at a glance NTT Global Data Centers is a member of the NTT Group of companies and is one of the leading Data Center providers in with facilities located in across the world. NTT GDC have In‑Life expansion projects across the region. NTT GDC is seeking an In‑Life Project Manager to join its Technical Operations team which is responsible for supporting the operational requirement of the region in line with NTT GDC policies and procedures. The Project Manager, In‑Life in conjunction with the In‑Life Project Delivery Leader will co‑ordinate and facilitate In‑Life projects across a regional cluster. The Project Manager, In‑Life will work to ensure projects are delivered on time, correctly and to budget. They will clearly communicate project status and business risks to all key stakeholders. Project Manager, In‑Life will work with all the regional teams to ensure that the “Zero Outage” mentality, processes and procedures are maintained in the field of project delivery.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Identify and manage project dependencies, risks and issues.
• Project Execution: Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.

• Conduct regular meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and fulfil customer requirements.
• Implement effective quality assurance processes and conduct regular reviews to identify and address any quality issues.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Proactively monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Escalate critical rises to senior management and recommend appropriate action plans.
• Project / Programme Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
• Ensure accurate and up‑to‑date documentation is accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and lessons learned sessions to improve future project execution.
