Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a Senior Business Manager to join the Global Infrastructure Development team. You will drive cross-functional initiatives, manage critical KPIs, and coordinate with leadership across regions to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of data center projects.

You will lead data strategies, implement reporting systems, and align processes globally to share best practices and optimize resource management. Remote role with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• BA or BS required.
• MBA or Construction Management degree a plus.
• 10+ years in corporate or large matrix org with global experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-organizational projects and initiatives to meet changes in the business environment.
• Organize East region projects in the Global Projects Steering Committee.
• Lead regional OKR tracking and report on key metrics.
• Define and implement improvements to communications strategy and tools (SharePoint, templates).
• Coordinate with regional operations managers across APAC, Japan and India for aligned processes.

This role will support the Development Execution (DE) team within GID. The Development Execution team is responsible for managing all onsite construction activities of projects to ensure scope, schedule, and budget are achieved per GDC corporate goals. This position is responsible for developing, managing, and driving cross functional initiatives such as critical KPIs, strategic objectives, strategic project planning, continuous improvement programs, and organizational metrics. The Senior Business Manager will work closely with leadership of the global and regional Development Execution teams to engage and drive business performance and coordinate with partner organizations on strategic initiatives across the world.What we are looking forKEY responsibilitiesSupport cross-organizational projects and initiatives to meet the changing business environment and manage complex business needs.Play a key role in organizing East region projects in the Global Projects Steering CommitteeServe as a key communications link between East and West regional initiatives, including sharing and implementing learnings.Drive team data strategy. Partner to implement systems and tools ensuring ongoing data completeness and integrity. Create and manage on-going review cadence for key team metrics.Manage and support implementation of data for reporting/communications/KPIsProject level reporting, consolidated to regional reporting, then consolidated to global reportingStructuring document strategy to ensure consistency and transparency of data across the teamFacilitation and reporting of critical meetingsLead East region OKR tracking and supportWork with leaders to define and operationalize improvements to the team’s communication strategy inclusive of SharePoint design and administration, new communication mediums, deck templates, and more.Be a key interface to organize a rhythm of business with regional operations managers in the regions (APAC, Japan and India)Streamline business processes across the business unit, optimizing quality, efficiency, and effective resource management. This includes the development of business processes and tools to continuously improve organizational efficiency. Align globally to ensure best practices are shared and utilized.Serve as key internal GID partner cross-regionally and globally. Work with counterparts to strengthen global alignment on processes, priorities, and support.
