Talent Recruitment Pte Ltd in Woodlands, Singapore is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, and improve mechanical components and equipment, supporting product development from design to commissioning.

You should have about 2 years of relevant experience, a degree in mechanical or mechatronics engineering, and proficiency with CAD; knowledge of CAM, MATLAB, or LabVIEW is a plus. The role offers a weekday schedule and a salary range of SGD 4,500 to SGD 6,500 per month.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Around 2 years of relevant mechanical engineering experience, preferably in semiconductor or industrial equipment.
• Proficient in CAD software; CAM, MATLAB, or LabVIEW is an advantage.
• Able to read and prepare mechanical drawings.
• Experience with semiconductor equipment or die bonder processes is an advantage.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
