The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Woodlands, Singapore is seeking a Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineer to design, develop, and install components that meet demanding specifications.

You will perform full lifecycle product development, analyze problems, run experiments, and collaborate with project managers and vendors. Proficiency in CAD, CAM, MATLAB, and LabVIEW is essential to drive innovative, compliant solutions in a semiconductor or related environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics engineering with at least 2 years’ experience.
• Hands-on CAD, CAM, and Matlab/LabVIEW for simulation and data analysis.
• Experience troubleshooting PC-based fully automated equipment in semiconductor or related industries.
• Knowledge in die bonder applications is advantageous.

• Working Days: Monday – Friday
• Working Hours: 9:00am -6:00pm
• Starting Salary: $3,500 to $6,500

Roles & Responsibilities

• Designing, manufacturing, and installing components that fulfil requirements
• Perform a full lifecycle product development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture and implement)
• Analysing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them
• Conducting experiments and evaluations to improve and innovate product designs
• Creating plans and designs using CAD technology
• Evaluates final product’s overall performance, reliability and safety
• Estimating budgets and time scopes for each project
• Writing technical documentation for machine operators
• Ensuring that products meet compliance regulations
• Collaborating with project managers and other engineers in our team
• Liaison with vendors on finalization of modules
• Responsible for mechanical documentation

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronics) with at least 2years of mechanical engineering experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry or with strong equipment-related exposure
• Hands-on experience in CAD, CAM, and Matlab/LabView programsfor simulation and data analysis
• Experience in troubleshooting PC-based fully automated equipment in semiconductor or similar industries
• Knowledgein die bonder application and process will be an advantage.
