Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a UAT specialist to collaborate with business analysts, PMs, and end-users to understand requirements and acceptance criteria. The role includes developing and executing UAT plans, coordinating testing sessions, and documenting defects and results.

Responsibilities include ensuring all business requirements are met before product release, preparing test environments, and supporting issue resolution and re-testing as needed.

• Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, results, and defect logs.
• Participate in continuous improvement of UAT processes and methodologies.
