Responsibilities

• Supervises employees involved in production and operation functions related to manufacturing equipment and components.
• Prioritizes production schedules based on manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity and materials.
• Participates in operational meetings and tracks performance metrics; schedules and conducts milestone meetings.
• Ensures timely response to operations issues impacting customer satisfaction; enforces customer/vendor requirements.
• Oversees safety training; ensures employees receive and follow Environmental, Health and Safety policies.
• Develops personnel through training and career development; manages performance management processes.
• Supports analysis and plans for maximum production capacity; reports key measurement data in real time.
• Identifies process and quality changes to improve capabilities; drives Lean, Safety and Quality.
