Responsibilities

• Lead daily production on an assigned line: assign tasks, run shift briefings and handovers
• Ensure team members are trained before assigning them to machines or tasks
• Monitor safety, quality and output, and escalate issues to Engineering, Quality or Planning
• Check production records and shift documents
• Coach and train junior operators on safe, correct work practices
• Drive small improvement projects on the line
• Help hands-on when needed: machine set-up, operation, labelling, packing and material handling
