Job summary

A DREAMWORKS COMPANY PTE. LTD. is seeking a shift lead to manage daily production on an assigned line at Woodland.

The role involves leading shift briefings, ensuring training before task assignments, and supervising safety, quality and output with escalation to Engineering, Quality or Planning as needed. You will coach junior operators, drive small on-line improvement projects, and provide hands-on support with machine setup, operation, labeling, packing and material handling during night

• Lead daily production on an assigned line.
• Monitor safety, quality and output, and escalate issues to Engineering, Quality or Planning.
• Coach and train junior operators on safe, correct work practices.
• Drive small improvement projects on the line.
