Job summary

QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a production operator to operate assembly, packaging, inspection and testing equipment within a cleanroom environment in Singapore.

The role requires handling load/unload tasks, recording production data, and adhering to strict cleanliness, safety and quality standards. The position involves 12-hour rotating shifts (6/6 cycle or as stated) with morning and night rotations and a shift allowance.

Qualifications

• Secondary/NITEC or equivalent required.
• Manufacturing/semiconductor experience is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Operate assembly, packaging, inspection & testing equipment.
• Load/unload materials and perform basic machine checks.
• Conduct product inspection and record production data.
• Follow cleanroom, ESD, safety & quality requirements.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness.

Job description

Salary: $2,500 – $3,200/month
Shift Allowance: $500+
12H Shift: 8AM–8PM / 8PM–8AM
(4-3-3-4 Rotating Shift - Morning / Night )
