Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Architect to lead project lifecycles from conception to approvals, ensuring design intent and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors, prepare architectural drawings, and oversee multiple projects including data centres and dormitories. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in architecture and at least 4 years of relevant experience in industrial projects.

• Minimum 4 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Preferably with experience in industrial projects, particularly data centres and dormitories.

Responsibilities

• Managed the full project lifecycle, including authority submissions and approvals.
• Independently handled and coordinated multiple projects simultaneously.
• Administered construction contracts to ensure projects were executed in accordance with design intent, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintained close coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Prepared and developed architectural drawings and documentation accurately and professionally to meet project requirements.
