Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. at Woodlands Link is seeking a Sales Admin to support daily operations. You will enter new orders, prepare quotations, and generate invoices while maintaining accurate customer records.

You will handle customer inquiries, respond to emails and calls, and coordinate with shipping and finance to ensure timely deliveries. A Diploma and strong Excel skills are required to perform data management and reporting tasks.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business or related field required.
• Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) required.
• Sales Admin experience in FMCG preferred.

Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Enter new orders, prepare quotations, and generate invoices.
• Customer Support: Answer sales phone calls, reply to emails, and resolve client complaints or questions.
• Data Management: Maintain and update customer information, pricing lists, and inventory levels in CRM or ERP systems.
• Sales Reporting: Compile daily, weekly, or monthly sales numbers for managers.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate with the shipping, warehouse, and finance departments to ensure timely deliveries.

Working Days: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm

Working Location: Woodlands Link [Nearest: Admiralty MRT]

Salary: $2500 - $2800
