Job summary

Satair Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an IT Support professional to drive and coordinate Major Incidents, support local and global IT incidents and assist Infrastructure & Operations. You will provide IT technical support to users including installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting.

The role also covers asset management, license management, and collaboration with service desks to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1+ year IT support experience.
• ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
• Broad understanding of IT (hardware, software, network).
• Familiar with DHCP and DNS concepts.
• Experience in printer troubleshooting and print management.
• Experience with IT Asset Life Cycle Management (CMDB).
• Familiar with Microsoft Active Directory.
• Familiar with usage of an IT Service Management (ITSM) tool.
• Awareness of compliance risks and integrity in work.

Responsibilities

• Resolve user IT issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a stable PC environment for business needs.
• Ensure Satair platforms meet business requirements.
• Manage software licenses and asset registers.
• Provide training on IT tools and devices.
• Collaborate with regional IT teams on incidents.
