Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is recruiting a 12‑month Control Panel Assembly Technician for our client in Tuas, Singapore. The role involves fabricating, assembling, wiring and testing electrical panels and enclosures to exact drawings and wiring diagrams.

You will read layouts, install components, perform wiring terminations, and ensure neat cable management. This is a fixed‑term placement with possible conversion based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Excellent teamwork and communication in a workshop environment.
• Safety standards awareness and compliance.
• Comfortable working in Tuas with shuttle services provided.
• Willingness to learn and follow assembly instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate power tools and workshop equipment to fabricate, cut, drill, modify and assemble steel panels and electrical enclosures.
• Mount electrical and mechanical components securely using appropriate fasteners and brackets.
• Assemble and wire electrical components and control panels per schematics and instructions.
• Read electrical drawings, schematics and layouts to ensure accurate assembly and wiring.
• Carry out point‑to‑point wiring, termination and connection of components.
• Neatly route and label wires and cables for a clean panel layout.

12 MONTHS CONTROL PANEL ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN (MULTIPLE HEADCOUNTS AVAILABLE, CONVERTIBLE)

Our client is a Leading MNC in Tuas area

Job Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of power tools, hand tools and workshop equipment to fabricate, cut, drill, modify and assemble steel panels, electrical enclosures and related components according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Perform physical mounting and installation of electrical and mechanical components using appropriate fasteners, brackets, hardware and mounting methods to ensure components are securely and accurately positioned.
• Assemble and wire electrical components, control panels and enclosures in accordance with provided electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and assembly instructions.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, panel layouts and technical documentation to ensure accurate assembly and wiring.
• Carry out point-to-point wiring, termination and connection of electrical components, ensuring wiring is completed accurately and safely.
• Neatly route, bundle, label and secure wires and cables using appropriate cable management methods to maintain a clean, organised and professional panel layout.

Focus on Safety and Compliance

Basic Salary ranges from $2000 ~ $3000, this role comes with good benefits and bonuses
