Job summary

Capital Group seeks a 12-month Contract Program Manager for ECOEA (Europe and Asia) to drive enterprise-wide initiatives. You will independently lead small‑ to mid‑size projects through full life cycle with guidance from senior management, maximizing value through benefits realization and governance structures.

Qualifications

• You have a minimum of four years of project management experience with a track record of successful execution delivering business outcomes on time, within budget and scope.
• Experience in the asset management industry and familiarity with investment products is strongly preferred.
• You are a skilled communicator able to facilitate ambiguous discussions with executives and across stakeholders.
• You have partnered cross-functionally to solve complex problems and influence change.
• You have prior success delivering strategic and/or operational projects and can adapt delivery models as needed.
• You consider long-term impacts and actively seek diverse perspectives to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs of varying complexity across Europe and Asia, managing full lifecycle of projects with guidance from senior management.
• Develop and facilitate initiatives including benefits realization, governance, change management, and ECO practice engagement.
• Collaborate with leaders across Europe and Asia to propose options and ensure alignment with the long-term strategic plan.
• Influence stakeholders and manage delivery risk to maximize value and outcomes.

As aProgramManager in ECOEA (Enterprise Change OfficeEuropeandAsia),you will play a key role in the global delivery of enterprise-wide initiatives and willbe responsible forleading programs of varying complexity.You will independently lead small-medium complexity projects through the full life cycle with guidance from senior management. You will partner with leadersacross Europe and Asiato lead, develop,and overseedeliveryof strategic businessinitiatives.You will lead efforts to develop and analyze options to solve strategic business problems as it relates toour long-term strategic planand partner with stakeholders to recommendappropriate approachesfor solving business challenges and ensuring alignment.

• You have a minimum offouryears of project management experience witha track recordof successful execution of assigned projects to deliver business outcomes based on key drivers (i.e., time, budget, resources, scope)

• Experience working in the asset management industry and/or familiarity with a wide variety of investment products and vehicles would be strongly preferred for this role

• You are a skilled communicator and canfacilitateambiguous and challenging discussions.You'vefine-tuned your communication style to connect with a variety of stakeholders including executive-level stakeholders

• You'vepartnered cross-functionally to solve complex problems and have the confidence and courage to influence others and add value with a focus on understanding and managing the impact of change

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
