Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Digital Workplace Engineer to install, maintain, and support its AV systems across its Asia offices. You will troubleshoot and manage A/V systems, performing preventive maintenance and implementing control systems that meet enterprise standards.

The role requires collaboration, documentation, and the ability to work across multiple regions and time zones. We value experience with Cisco, QSC, Crestron, Extron and Shure technologies, plus a proactive, autonomous working

Qualifications

• Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Creating technical documentation.
• Self-motivated and autonomous with minimal supervision.
• At least 5 years of experience within a multi-disciplinary global IT environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and extended hours when necessary.
• Proven track record in complex audio-visual projects.
• Expansive knowledge of the Asia Pacific corporate AV marketplace and relationships with key stakeholders.
• Experience working across multiple regions/time zones within Asia and globally.
• Continuous improvement practices in daily work.
• Technological direction and oversight of vendor solutions and integration partners.
• Experience with Cisco AV systems, QSC, Crestron, Extron and Shure AV technologies.

• Install, maintain, administer and support the organization’s audio-visual equipment and services across seven Asia offices.
• Manage, troubleshoot, and maintain A/V systems; perform preventive maintenance and testing.
• Implement audio, video, and control systems meeting enterprise standards.
