Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. (SG) is seeking a Warehouse Material Technician for a 1-year contract in Tuas.

The role involves receiving, storing, and issuing materials in a pharma-grade warehouse, with emphasis on SOP adherence and cGMP standards. Candidates should have 2–3 years of warehouse experience and a responsible, confidential approach. Responsibilities include cycle counting, documentation, material sampling, and basic housekeeping.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in warehouse experience
• Strong sense of responsibility and maintain confidentiality
• GMP experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Receive and issue raw materials, intermediates, finished goods and packaging per SOPs
• Store materials in designated warehouse areas
• Conduct cycle counts and investigate discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy
• Prepare shipment documents and ensure completeness
• Sample and subdivide materials for incoming and internal reprocessing
• Maintain housekeeping in Warehouse Main, Drum Store and sampling room per cGMP standards
• Perform ad-hoc duties as needed

1 YEAR CONTRACT WAREHOUSE MATERIAL TECHNICIAN (Tuas)

Our client is an established MNC in the pharma industry in Tuas

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform receipt and issue of raw materials, intermediate, finished goods and packaging materials as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Perform storage of raw materials, intermediate, finished goods and packaging in the warehouse accordance to designated areas.

• Perform cycle counting and investigate if any discrepancy and to take the necessary corrective action in order to maintain accuracy of physical inventory

• Prepare shipment documentation and ensure shipping documents are complete

• Perform sampling and subdivide material both for incoming material and internal reprocess

• Maintain good housekeeping of the Warehouse Main warehouse, Drum Store and sampling room as per cGMP standards

• Ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements

• At least 2-3 years in warehouse experiences

• Strong sense of responsibility and maintain a high level of confidentiality

• Experience in GMP is a plus

Salary ranges from $3000-$3500 with transport allowances and completion bonuses
