Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a customer-oriented staff member to greet patients, register them, and schedule appointments at the health monitoring station.

You will assist in taking height, weight and blood pressure, coordinate referrals to specialists, handle payments, and respond to patient inquiries with a high level of service. Rostered shifts include weekday mornings/afternoons and partial Saturdays.

Working hours

Weekday: 7am to 7pm (Only need to work 8 hours a day on weekday - Need to follow the roster planned by supervisor)

Every Sat: 7am to 130pm (Only need to work 4 hours on Sat - Need to follow the roster planned by supervisor)

44 hours per work week

• Greet and register patients
• Schedule patient appointment
• Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals
• Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
• Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster. Involved in taking height / weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station
