Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a patient service assistant to greet, register, and support patients at the Health monitoring station. You will handle appointments, payments, and inquiries with a courteous, professional approach.

This role involves coordinating referrals to specialists, managing patient concerns, and assisting on the Health monitoring station roster, including taking height, weight, and blood pressure as required. Training is provided; no experience needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' level.
• No experience required; training provided.
• Healthcare experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
