Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a dedicated professional to manage concierge services and end-to-end case management for new insurance business applications.

You will coordinate medical requirements, provide status updates to advisers, and liaise with underwriters to resolve queries and ensure timely completion. This role also involves monitoring external providers, preparing weekly reports, and supporting ad hoc assignments related to new business and concierge services.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in insurance operations, new business, policy servicing or case management is preferred.

• Coordinate medical requirements for applications; arrange follow ups with clinics on medical reports and outstanding information.
• Liaise between advisers and Underwriters to facilitate the assessment of substandard cases and resolve queries or disputes.
• Monitor external service providers to ensure services are delivered within agreed SLAs and turnaround times.
• Prepare weekly operational reports and support ad hoc assignments relating to new business and concierge services.
