The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is recruiting for a customer service support role based at Changi Airfreight Centre in Singapore. You will assist in the customer service department and coordinate air and sea freight communications with carriers and customers.

Working days are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. The position requires at least a GCE O-level and relevant experience, with strong Microsoft Office skills to manage bookings, billing, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' level or equivalent.
• Prior customer service or freight industry experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic clerical tasks.
