Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a cost-conscious procurement specialist to manage costing, sourcing, and supplier relationships for EMS/manufacturing environments.

You will support pricing decisions with detailed cost analyses and negotiate terms with suppliers to optimize procurement costs. This role requires hands-on experience in RFQ/RFPs, BOM costing, and ERP/MRP systems, with strong Excel skills and a diploma in a related field.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of costing, sourcing, procurement, or purchasing experience in EMS/manufacturing.
• Experience sourcing electronic components, PCB assemblies, mechanical parts, and manufacturing services.
• Knowledge of BOM costing and product cost analysis.
• Familiarity with RFQ/RFP processes, supplier selection, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems (SAP).
• Good understanding of electronics manufacturing processes and supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Request and compare quotations (RFQs) to identify best pricing and terms.
• Prepare cost analyses and product cost breakdowns to support pricing decisions.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to reduce costs.
