The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Electrical Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in the construction or M&E sector to handle contract administration and technical reviews. Responsibilities include drafting letters, coordinating VO/EOT submissions, reviewing plans and drawings, and ensuring timely contractual compliance. Occasional site visits may be required to support project work.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
2–3 years of experience in construction or M&E industry.
Contract administration knowledge including VO and EOT processes.
Responsibilities
Draft and issue contractual letters, notices and correspondence to clients, consultants and subcontractors.
Assist in the preparation of Variation Orders (VOs), Extension of Time (EOT) submissions and other contractual documents.
Review contract documents, specifications and technical drawings.
Coordinate with project teams on contract-related matters and submissions.
Maintain proper records of contractual documents and correspondence.
Monitor contractual deadlines and follow up on outstanding issues.
Travel to project sites when required to support project and contractual matters.

Salary: $3800 to $5500
Working days: Mon to Fri 8/8.30am to 5/5.30pm
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the construction or M&E industry.
Prior experience as an Electrical Engineer will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of contract administration, VO and EOT processes.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and contract documents.
