Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Junior Drafter cum Coordinator to join our workflow in Singapore.

You will create technical drawings and detailed drafts using CAD tools, ensuring accuracy for fabrication and CNC production. This role requires close coordination with Operations, Production and Sales to align drawings with project requirements. We offer a structured environment with a standard Monday–Saturday workweek, competitive monthly salary, and AWS + variable bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum N-Level, NITEC, Professional Certificate, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of relevant drafting or CAD experience.
• Experience in the stone, construction, interior fit-out or related industries will be an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, GstarCAD or equivalent drafting software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical drawings, layouts and detailed drafts using CAD software based on project, product and operational requirements.
• Review specifications to ensure drawings are accurate, practical and aligned with production requirements.
• Update drawings to reflect design changes, amendments and revised project requirements.
• Maintain proper drawing records and version control.
• Work closely with the Operations, Production and relevant departments to ensure drawings are suitable for fabrication and CNC production.
• Clarify technical details and resolve drawing-related issues when necessary.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.
• Support sales and operations order processing, including document preparation and coordination.
• Ensure technical drawings and operational documents are accurate and aligned before production.
• Assist with related administrative and coordination tasks.
• Identify opportunities to improve drafting accuracy, workflow efficiency and coordination processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:15pm
Saturday: 8:30am – 2:30pm
Salary: $2,620 – $3,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
Working Location:Woodlands Industrial Park

Job Responsibilities

1. Technical Drawing & Drafting

• Prepare technical drawings, layouts and detailed drafts using CAD software based on project, product and operational requirements.
