Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a bilingual operations coordinator to manage relief processes across branches, track attendance, and forecast recruitment needs for teachers and CSOs.

You will develop communications materials and assist with scheduling and appraisals while maintaining data accuracy. Responsibilities include overseeing relief rosters, consolidating freelance activity, and delivering monthly operations reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/ Diploma holder with relevant experience.
• Experience in operations or admin coordination.
• Proficient with MS Office, Zoom and Google Drive.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage relief processes across branches for Teachers & CSOs and track attendance.
• Develop communications materials for teachers (infographics, etc).
• Design simple collateral aligned with brand guidelines.
• Assist with scheduling and tracking teacher assessments and appraisals.
• Plan and manage relief processes across branches for Teachers & CSOs.
• Oversee teacher allocation across all branches.
• Measure adherence to leave policies and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver monthly data reports with key metrics.
• Find relief teachers; consolidate lists of relief and freelance classes monthly.
• Inform HR of relief staffing updates.
• Forecast recruitment needs for Relief, Adjunct, Part-time and Freelance roles.
• Manage key data sheets for Operations needs and deliver monthly KPI reports.

• Salary:$2,800 - $3,200
• Location:Tiong Bahru / WFH
• Working Days:5 weekdays (3 weekdays & 2 weekends)

Working Hour:

• Weekdays: 10.20am - 7.20pm [Hybrid]
• Weekend: 7.00am – 5pm [WFH]

Job Responsibilities:

Teachers & CSO Deployment

• Plan and manage relief processes across branches for Teachers & Customer Service Officers -Track Attendance of Teachers & Customer Service Officers
• Develop communications packages for teachers (e.g. Infographics, etc)
• Design simple collaterals in accordance with brand marketing guidelines
• Assist with scheduling and tracking of teacher assessments, appraisal, etc

Data-tracking & Manpower Resource Management

• Plan and manage relief processes across branches for Teachers & CSOS
• Oversee Teacher Allocation across all branches
• Measure adherence to leave policies and implement measures to encourage adherence Manage relief data sheets
• Deliver monthly report on key data points tracked by team

Oversee Relief Roster

• Find relief teachers
• Consolidate a list of relief, freelance relief classes taken monthly and inform HR

Assist with forecasting of recruitment needs of the following groups of teachers:

• Relief, Adjunct, Part-time and Freelance

Data-tracking for Operations

• Manage key data sheets for Operations needs
• Deliver monthly report on key data points tracked by team

Job Requirement:

• At least Degree / Diploma in any discipline
• Possess relevant experience
