Job summary

RiDiK (a Subsidiary of CLPS. Nasdaq: CLPS) is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst for a 12-month contract in Singapore. The role focuses on Treasury & Markets modules, including Fixed Income, Equity Derivatives, FX and related instruments.

You will run requirements workshops with Front Office and UX/UI teams, ensure traceability, and define REST/Kafka interfaces. Ideal candidates have 6–8 years as a BA, strong business and technical SME knowledge, and familiarity with Agile delivery.

Qualifications

• Education – Bachelor’s or higher in business or CS/IT.
• 6-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with Agile delivery is advantageous.
• Experience with Wealth users is an advantage.
• Ability to run and manage projects independently.
• Familiarity with multi-asset class products is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements workshops with Front Office, Supporting Unit users, UX/UI Designers, Technology to elicit and validate business requirements.
• Lead and manage issues during UAT/Sprints, ensuring traceability for all requirements.
• Analyze and define interface structures between applications using REST API, Kafka.
• Leverage SMEs in T&O to deliver structured and well-thought-out solutions.
• Serve as an effective bridge between users and technology.
• Work as a strong team player with good interpersonal skills and prompt issue resolution.

Domain: Treasury & Markets (Fixed Income, Equity Derivatives, FX, FX Derivatives, Interest Rate Swaps)

Best to have: Scrum experience

Part of a scrum team handling Treasury & Markets Projects/Enhancements

Facilitate requirements workshops to engage the various stakeholders such as Front Office, Supporting Unit users, UX/UI Designers, Technology to elicit and validate business requirements.

Lead and manage issues during UAT/Sprints, and ensure all requirements have proper traceability.

Possess strong business & technical subject matter knowledge.

Understanding of multi-asset class products e.g., Fixed Income, Equity Derivatives, FX, FX Derivatives, Interest Rate Swaps, etc.

Analyzing and defining the interface structure between applications using protocols such as REST API, KAFKA.

Leverage the subject matter experts in T&O in delivery of structured and well-thought through solutions.

Become an effective “bridge” between users and technology.

Good team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Respond promptly to issues raised, through good understanding of business, operational and technical considerations, and recommend sound solutions.

Required skills:

Education – Bachelors or higher degree preferably in business or Computer Science IT

At least 6-8 years working as a Business Analyst.

Possess strong business & technical subject matter knowledge.

Ability to run and manage projects independently.

Working experience with Wealth users is an advantage.

Experience in Agile delivery will be an advantage.

Must be organized, able to work with minimal supervision, flexible to switch and work on different projects and manage them in a timely manner.

Experience working on Jira, Confluence will be an advantage.
