Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 7:30 am to 1:30 pm, including a 30-minute lunch break
Wednesday: 7:30 am to 2:30 pm, including a 30-minute lunch break
No service required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Support teachers in the teaching and learning of Science.
Prepare laboratory apparatus, equipment and reagents for practical lessons.
Arrange and distribute materials required for Science experiments.
Assist teachers during laboratory activities when required.
Clean and properly store laboratory apparatus and equipment after use.
Maintain the general cleanliness and organisation of the laboratory and workplace.
Check that laboratory supplies and equipment are available and properly maintained.
Perform simple administrative and office duties when requested.
Work professionally with teachers, students, school staff and other stakeholders.
Carry out other Science Department support duties assigned by the school.
Minimum GCE O-Level qualification.
At least three years of relevant working experience.
Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
Able to prepare and handle Science laboratory apparatus, equipment and reagents.
Organised, responsible and attentive to cleanliness and safety.
Able to communicate and work effectively with different stakeholders.
Previous experience working in a primary school is preferred.
First-aid training or certification is preferred.
