In Supply Chain Operations, we lead, plan and execute the journey of IKEA products from suppliers to retailers. Our team of 1,000 co-workers across 15 global locations manages planning, replenishment, transport and logistics sourcing, and goods flow management with precision and care.
Within Category Food Logistics, we strive to build an integrated, automated, and modern supply chain that safely delivers IKEA Food products to our customers worldwide. We balance lowest cost and highest quality while maintaining a positive impact on people and planet. Our teams in Älmhult, Milano, Shanghai, King of Prussia, and Pratteln work together to make this possible.
What makes our approach unique is our dual responsibility: we both procure cold chain logistics services and operate the goods flow from suppliers to stores. This requires market proximity and operational expertise that sets us apart.
As our Sustainability Developer, you will define, develop, and support Category Food Logistics processes to ensure both stability and growth from a sustainability perspective. Reporting to the Category Manager, you will collaborate with our global teams to create meaningful environmental progress in line with our ambitious Business Plan.
