Job summary

Baxter Healthcare is hiring a warehouse worker for our Alvik production site near Luleå. You will pick and supply components to production on time, stock incoming materials, and maintain a tidy, well-organized warehouse using our ERP system.

Lean improvements and daily small changes are part of the role. We value experience in a production or warehouse setting, a forklift license, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift license is preferred.
• Strong organization and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Pick and supply components for production on time and in correct quantity.
• Warehouse stocking of incoming components and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Use our ERP system to maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
• Contribute to daily Lean improvements and process improvements.
