Baxter International Inc. is seeking a dedicated warehouse worker for our Alvik production site near Luleå. The role involves picking and supplying components to production, maintaining a clean, organized warehouse, and supporting daily Lean improvements.

We value prior warehouse experience, a forklift license being a strong plus, and good Swedish language skills. The position is full-time, 7:00–16:00, six months with potential extension, and includes benefits such as meal subsidies and a gym/

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse tasks and order picking.
• Forklift certification or license is a plus.
• Strong communication in Swedish is required.

Responsibilities

• Pick and supply components to production in a timely manner and in correct quantities.
• Store incoming components and maintain organized warehouse layout.
• Contribute to daily improvements and Lean initiatives.
