Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Warehouse Worker to support daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe and efficient handling of goods at our Arendal site. The role involves loading/unloading, picking, packing, stock movements, and operating equipment in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate holds a certified counterbalance forklift license, practical warehouse or cargo terminal experience, and strong communication in Swedish with basic English.

Qualifications

• Certified counterbalance forklift driver
• Practical experience from a warehouse or cargo terminal
• Good communication skills in Swedish and basic English
• A proactive, dependable, and open‑minded team player
• Experience with Lean or 5S principles is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Carrying out warehouse activities in line with operational and customer‑specific requirements
• Loading and unloading trucks and containers safely and efficiently
• Picking, packing, replenishment, and general fulfilment tasks
• Handling inbound, outbound, and internal stock movements with accuracy
• Operating warehouse equipment safely (including forklifts if certified)
• Following company guidelines, safety procedures, and standard operating processes
• Contributing to a clean, organized, and safe working environment
