Job summary

Hitachi Energy Sweden AB in Ludvika, Sweden, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead a team of about 20 assemblers in the Valve production unit in Ludvika, HVDC. You will ensure quality and delivery of projects, lead continuous improvement, and support your team’s growth.

The role requires technical education or equivalent experience with knowledge of production flows; Swedish language is required for collaboration with local stakeholders, and fluent English is preferred for broader communication.
