Qualifications

• Fluency in English; Swedish is a strong advantage.
• Experience in the energy sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVDC valve projects and related equipment deliveries worldwide.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate and motivate teams across engineering, production, testing, and supply chain.
• Drive project performance through planning, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure delivery and contractual compliance.
