Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Ludvika is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the Valve Assembly production unit, shaping a team of about 20 assemblers. You will ensure safe, efficient workflows, uphold quality and on-time delivery, and support your team to grow within the organization.

You will collaborate with other departments, suppliers and customers, drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture of safety, integrity and high performance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of production flows and processes.
• Experience in project management or leadership roles is a merit.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and quality.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and with suppliers/customers.
• Swedish language required for local collaboration; English preferable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Valve Assembly production unit with ~20 people and manage work environment.
• Ensure capacity, competence and timely delivery of projects.
• Drive department improvement activities and processes.
• Collaborate with other Hitachi Energy units, suppliers and customers.
