Job summary

Vitamin Well Group is seeking a passionate UX/UI Designer to bring dedicated UX and UI expertise to our Global Brand & Design team and shape the Barebells digital experience across our e-commerce ecosystem. The role is based at our Stockholm headquarters and reports to the Global Brand Manager Barebells.

You will partner with the DTC team to connect brand and user experience with commercial priorities, turning behavioural insights and testing into design improvements across launches and ongoing

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional digital design experience.
• Strong UX expertise, including journeys, information architecture, flows and interaction design.
• Strong UI and visual design capability, demonstrated through a portfolio of consumer-facing digital work.
• End-to-end design experience from problem definition to prototyping and final design.
• Experience using behavioural data, user insights and testing to inform design decisions.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end e-commerce journeys from navigation and product discovery through to purchase.
• Develop journeys, flows and prototypes and take them through to polished UI design.
• Shape how new products, categories and campaigns are introduced and connected across the Barebells portfolio.
• Identify friction and opportunities using behavioural data, user insights and testing, and turn learnings into design improvements.
• Partner with DTC on e-commerce priorities, merchandising and platform development.
• Help establish in-house UX/UI ways of working and raise the quality of our digital design over time.
