Job description

Vitamin Well Group develops premium functional drinks, snacks and protein products designed for modern, everyday life and on-the-go consumption. Our portfolio includes Barebells, NOCCO and Vitamin Well. With over 750 employees and revenue of more than SEK 10 billion, we are present in over 50 markets, with our headquarters in Stockholm and local teams and partners around the world. Our growth is driven by a focus on building strong brands, creating products with uncompromising taste and clear functionality, and consistently raising the bar across our categories.

We are building a team to lead the next phase of Vitamin Well Group’s digital business, working across e-commerce, data and AI.

We are now looking for a Data Analyst to join us in a new, global role. You will work from underlying data through to analysis - spanning data modelling, transformation and quality through to dashboards and insights - helping shape how we structure, connect and use data as our digital business grows. Working closely with our Analytics Lead and AI Lead, you will join while much of our data capability is still being built.

About the role

This is a hands-on role that brings the technical and analytical sides of data together. You will work directly with data using SQL, build and transform datasets in a modern cloud data environment, and take that work through to analysis, visualisation and business decisions.

Your work will connect you with Digital Sales, CRM, Performance Marketing, Social, Product and Engineering. One project could involve modelling customer and transaction data, another connecting a new marketing data source or improving how we measure retention or LTV. At other times, you might start with an open-ended business question and work your way from the underlying data to an analysis that leads to action.

What you will work on
  • Build and maintain reliable, reusable data models and transformations.
  • Turn open-ended business questions into structured analysis and actionable insights.
  • Analyse customer behaviour and growth across areas such as acquisition, retention, attribution and customer lifetime value.
  • Create dashboards and self-serve analytics that enable teams to understand and act on their KPIs.
  • Work with different data sources, contributing to ingestion, integrations and data quality.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on event instrumentation, schema design and data best practices.
What you can expect
  • Plenty left to build. You are joining a growing data set-up, with the opportunity to improve what exists and help shape what comes next.
  • Problems that are not already solved. Multiple brands, markets and digital channels bring real complexity - and plenty for someone who likes figuring things out.
  • High ownership from the start. You will be expected to bring your perspective, challenge existing approaches and drive your work forward, working closely with our Analytics Lead and AI Lead.
  • A fast-growing international business. Your work sits behind the digital growth of Barebells, Vitamin Well and NOCCO, with the pace and change that comes with it.
Who you are

You have hands-on experience working with data from source to insight. You have experience with data modelling and cloud data platforms, and know how to turn underlying data into analysis that supports business decisions.

You move naturally between the technical and analytical sides of the work - understanding how data is structured and transformed while also investigating business questions, identifying what matters and communicating your findings clearly.

You are curious, technically sharp and pragmatic. You enjoy getting into complex problems, finding your way forward when the answer is not obvious and taking ownership from question to solution.

We believe you have:
  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience working directly with data from databases.
  • Experience with analytical data modelling and transformation tools such as dbt, Dataform, SQLMesh or similar.
  • Experience working with cloud data platforms such as GCP, Azure, AWS, Snowflake or Databricks.
  • Experience turning data into analysis, dashboards and visualisations that support business decisions.
  • A good understanding of ELT/ETL workflows and how data moves between sources and systems.
  • Working knowledge of Python.
  • Professional proficiency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
Chances are, you have also worked with some of the following:
  • APIs, integrations or data pipelines.
  • AI-native coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar.
  • Sales and marketing data from platforms such as Shopify, GA4, Meta or Google Ads.
  • AI/LLM products, event instrumentation or experimentation.
