Job summary

Vitamin Well Group in Stockholm is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join Barebells’ Global Brand & Design team. You will shape end-to-end e-commerce journeys, focusing on how consumers navigate, discover and shop.

You will collaborate with Brand, E-commerce and Marketing, using behavioural data and testing to inform decisions and elevate our in-house UX/UI capability. This is a hands-on HQ role in Stockholm.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional digital design experience, including hands-on UX/UI in an e-commerce environment.
• Strong UX expertise: user journeys, information architecture, flows and interaction design.
• Strong UI and visual design capability with a consumer-facing portfolio.
• Experience taking design work end-to-end from problem definition to final design and iteration.
• Experience using behavioural data, user insights and testing to inform design decisions.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end e-commerce journeys from navigation to purchase.
• Develop journeys, flows and prototypes and deliver polished UI.
• Shape how new products, campaigns and categories are connected across Barebells.
• Identify friction using data and insights and turn learnings into improvements.
• Partner with DTC on e-commerce priorities and platform development.
• Help establish in-house UX/UI ways of working and raise design quality.
