Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a UPS Commissioning Engineer to support European customers with on-site commissioning, diagnostics and maintenance of UPS and Secure Power systems. You will travel internationally about 70% of the time and work across data centers, coordinating with service engineers and customers to ensure high-quality technical delivery.

The role requires a Diploma/Bachelor in electrical engineering and roughly five years of commissioning or field service experience in Secure Power,

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Around 5 years’ experience with commissioning or field service in Secure Power.
• Fluent English, minimum B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Perform startup and commissioning on UPS and Secure Power equipment.
• Evaluate installation quality and readiness for start-up.
• Troubleshoot system installation and operating conditions on site.
• Provide on-site and remote support to customers.
• Work with other service engineers and partners during interventions.
• Train customers on equipment operation and safety procedures.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on UPS products.
