Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Area Account Manager to lead hip & knee orthopaedics sales in Southeast Sweden. You will own the territory, collaborate with surgeons, OR teams and hospital stakeholders, and drive market growth with strategic plans and deep clinical value demonstrations.

You will build strong relationships, educate customers on solutions, and ensure compliance with ethics and company policies while working toward ambitious revenue targets in a dynamic MedTech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical device sales or related healthcare roles.
• Knowledge of orthopaedics and MedTech environments.
• Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong relationship-building and strategic selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the South East Sweden territory and drive sales for hip & knee orthopaedics.
• Build durable relationships with surgeons, OR staff and hospital stakeholders.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to meet revenue targets.
• Educate customers on products, policies, and clinical value.
• Ensure compliance with ethics, legal requirements and company policies.
