Entry Point North AB in Malmö is seeking a Training Specialist to plan, deliver and supervise initial and instructor training for air traffic control students. You will coordinate simulator sessions, monitor progress, and collaborate with instructors to ensure high quality training experiences.
Ideal candidates have ATC experience, a 340 APS license, and strong English communication skills. Swedish language proficiency is an advantage.

We are looking for an Air Traffic Controller (ATCO) with a passion for training to join our team as a Training Specialist, focusing on Initial Training as well as Instructor and Assessor Training.
As a Training Specialist, you will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment alongside experienced colleagues. You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and supervising training in line with our processes, training philosophy, and quality standards. Most importantly, you will play a key role in supporting and inspiring our students throughout their learning journey, helping them develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to succeed.
The position is based at our training centre in Hyllie, Malmö, where most training activities are conducted. Occasional travel within Sweden may be required to deliver training at customer sites.
Due to an internal promotion, we are now recruiting for a full-time, permanent position with a preferred start date as soon as possible.
