Job summary

Entry Point North AB in Malmö is seeking a Training Specialist to plan, deliver and supervise initial and instructor training for air traffic control students. You will coordinate simulator sessions, monitor progress, and collaborate with instructors to ensure high quality training experiences.

Ideal candidates have ATC experience, a 340 APS license, and strong English communication skills. Swedish language proficiency is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Background as an Air Traffic Controller with at least three years of operational experience.
• 340 license with APS rating is required.
• Experience in training or coaching is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Delivering training, coaching, and feedback to students in classroom and simulator environments.
• Monitoring and following up on student performance and progression.
• Coordinating simulator instructors in day-to-day activities.
• Contributing to training materials, tools, and internal projects.
