Job summary

Dolphin Group is seeking an experienced tractor and loader driver for a family-owned pig farm near Åhus, Sweden. This role starts with a 14-day arrival test followed by a 3-month contract at €22.50/hour, contingent on successful completion of the test.

Key responsibilities include operating various farm machinery, including combine harvesters and performing maintenance work. The farm provides accommodation and support for self-employment registration.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in combine harvesting and chopping.
• Ability to conduct welding and lathe work for machinery repair.
• Strong physical condition and capability for teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate combine harvesting and forage chopping machines.
• Conduct baling and manure spreading.
• Perform repair and maintenance on machinery.

Skills

Fair and communicative English

Driving licence: category B (CE a plus)

Experience in forage chopping

Experience in square and round baling

Experience in handling solid and liquid manure

Repair and maintenance skills
