Job summary

Expleo Group in Sweden seeks a Test Validation Engineer to support adaptive testing activities across Europe and contribute to the validation of advanced vehicle technologies. You will join a cross-functional team and work hands-on with test vehicles throughout the development lifecycle, including travel within Europe.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, experience in software/vehicle testing, and fluency in English. Swedish language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working in software testing, vehicle testing, or validation environments.
• Hands-on experience with diagnostic and data analysis tools such as CANalyzer or similar.
• Valid Category B driver's license.
• Fluent in English (Swedish is considered a strong advantage).

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle testing and validation activities during adaptive testing programs.
• Collect and analyze vehicle data through logging and diagnostic tools.
• Identify, document, and report software and vehicle-related issues.
• Support fault tracing and troubleshooting activities.
• Collaborate with issue managers, engineers, and test teams to resolve problems.
• Ensure test vehicles are prepared and available for planned test activities.
• Monitor vehicle performance and contribute to continuous improvements.
• Participate in testing activities at various proving grounds and test locations.

We are looking for a Test Validation Engineer to support adaptive testing activities across Europe and contribute to the continuous development and validation of advanced vehicle technologies.

About the Role

In this role, you will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for supporting test vehicles throughout the development lifecycle. You will work closely with engineers, vehicle management teams, logistics specialists, and test organizations to ensure vehicles are ready for testing and that issues are identified, documented, and resolved efficiently.

This position involves extensive hands-on testing and troubleshooting, as well as travel within Europe for longer periods.

Key Responsibilities
