Job summary

CoolPeople Technology is seeking an experienced Test Lead to own the overall test strategy for a sanctions screening and AML project in Stockholm. You will coordinate SIT through UAT and DR testing, serving as the main liaison between Operations, Tech, the vendor and the Program Manager.

Fluent English is essential, with strong track records in banking or regulated environments and delivering audit-ready evidence for regulators. On-site work in Stockholm is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading testing programs from scratch in banking or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of UAT governance, sign-off processes and audit-ready evidence.
• Ability to coordinate many stakeholders across Ops, Tech, Vendor and PM.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall test strategy and Master Test Plan.

• Act as central point between Operations, Tech, vendor and the Program Manager.
• Provide test reporting to senior management and steering committees.

Job description

A major bank in Stockholm is rolling out a sanctions screening and AML solution, and to lead its testing from scratch through go-live, I am currently looking for an experienced Test Lead. You will own the overall test strategy and Master Test Plan, coordinate all test phases from SIT to UAT and DR testing, and act as the central point between Operations, Tech, the vendor and the Program Manager. Strong experience setting up and leading large testing programs in banking or regulated environments and fluent English are essential.

Project

• implementation of a sanctions screening and AML solution in a banking environment
• testing planned from scratch through go-live, with audit-ready evidence for regulators
• multiple teams involved: Operations, Liquidity Management and Reporting, Tech, an external vendor and the Program Manager
• test phases from environment validation and SIT through security, regression, DR and UAT to operational testing
• onsite in Stockholm
