Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on HIL testing experience for BMS or power-electronics systems.
• Strong skills in Python and/or LabVIEW for test automation.
• Ability to read and understand schematics, PCB layouts, and embedded C firmware.
• Familiarity with functional-safety standards such as ISO 26262.

Responsibilities

• Own the validation and verification of BMS hardware using HIL test environments.
• Design, develop, and execute automated test suites covering functional safety.
• Analyze test data, identify root causes of failures, and drive corrective actions.
• Produce clear test specifications, reports, dashboards for stakeholders.
