Demonstrated ability to work across engineering, software, and manufacturing disciplines.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute validation strategies for new battery cell designs.
Take full responsibility for the business of P&L in the respective area.
Create detailed test plans to validate battery cell designs.
Lead execution of validation tests, coordinating test setups and data collection.
Prepare detailed validation reports to summarize test results and recommendations.
