Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on HIL testing experience for BMS or power-electronics systems.
• Experience writing test plans, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices.
• Familiarity with functional-safety standards such as ISO 26262, IEC 61508, UL 1973.

Responsibilities

• Own the validation and verification of BMS hardware using HIL test environments.
• Analyze test data, identify root causes of failures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Produce clear test specifications, reports, and release documentation.
