Job summary

Deploja is seeking a consultant with deep QA and AI-enabled testing experience to join our consulting team in Sweden. You will work with clients or internal projects, applying modern QA practices across large IT ecosystems and SaaS/PaaS/on-prem environments.

You will influence cross-functional teams, design standards, and implement automated, data-driven QA solutions. We value strategic thinking, hands-on delivery, and strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of modern QA practices and testing in large IT ecosystems.
• Ability to think strategically and act hands-on.
• Experience with SaaS, PaaS and on-prem systems.
• Experience applying AI/Generative AI to improve QA efficiency.
• Experience provisioning on-demand synthetic test data.
• Comfort across teams and influencing without formal authority.
• Ability to create structure, standards and scalable solutions.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• ERP experience is a plus.

We now have a new requirement and are looking for a consultant colleague with the qualifications listed below. The position is part of our consulting business, which means you will be employed by us and work either with clients or on internal projects and assignments.

Your Profile (Must-have requirements)

• Understands modern QA practices and the challenges of testing in large organizations & complex IT Ecosystem.
• Can think both strategically and hands-on.
• Experience working with SaaS, PaaS and on Prem system.
• Experience applying Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI to improve QA efficiency
• Experience provisioning on demand synthetic test data .
• Is comfortable working across teams and influencing without relying on formal authority.
• Enjoys creating structure, standards, and solutions where things may previously have been fragmented.
• Communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with ERP is considered a plus.

Meritorious

• Experience with scripting, automation, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, APIs, databases, or other development technologies would be a strong advantage.
