Job summary

Amazon’s Legal Department seeks a talented technology or procurement lawyer to support AWS in Sweden and across the EMEA region. The role focuses on strategic technology service agreements, public procurement, and regulatory matters for public and enterprise customers.

The candidate will advise senior leaders, draft and negotiate complex contracts, and help transform legal operations with AI‑driven tools while collaborating with business teams across a fast‑paced environment in Stockholm.

Qualifications

Qualified to practice law in Sweden.
5+ years post‑qualification legal experience.
Experience drafting and negotiating technology contracts.
Experience in public procurement is a plus.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Draft, negotiate, and advise on strategic technology service agreements and procurement matters.
Provide legal counsel on public procurement, compliance, regulatory issues, and related matters.
Support AWS in Sweden and across the EMEA region with counsel on day‑to‑day operational issues.
Advise executives and business/legal teams on risk, policy, and strategic initiatives.
Lead initiatives to improve contracting processes and legal operations using AI tools.
