Job summary

Zenovo is seeking a Systems Engineer to contribute across the full product lifecycle in the Swedish defence sector, from concept through to integration, verification and validation.

You will define and manage requirements, support architecture and interfaces, perform analysis and risk assessments, and collaborate with hardware, software, production and test teams in a V-model environment. Professional English is required.

Qualifications

• Several years' experience in a high-tech engineering environment.
• Experience with requirements and/or systems engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working across multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in defence, aerospace or security is highly desirable.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Systems Engineer – Swedish Defence Sector

Join a Swedish defence-related organisation developing advanced, mission-critical systems across complex engineering domains. As a Systems Engineer, you will contribute across the full product lifecycle, from concept and requirements through to integration, verification and validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, analyse and manage system and subsystem requirements
• Support system architecture, functional decomposition and interface management
• Work across integration, verification & validation (V&V) and system testing
• Perform technical analysis, troubleshooting and risk assessments
• Support configuration and change management and technical documentation
• Collaborate with hardware, software, production and test teams within a V-model systems engineering environment

Experience with or knowledge of:

• Requirements Engineering / Requirements Management
• MBSE, SysML / UML
• modelling and simulation
• Interface Control Documents (ICDs)
• FMEA / FTA, traceability and verification
• Integration & Test (I&T)
• Exposure to electronic warfare (EW), ESM, radar, sensors, avionics, communications, C2 or mission systems is advantageous.
